Selling & Payout Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This Selling & Payout Policy explains how you can sell Items on CS Market at https://cs-market.co, how and when your remuneration is credited to your Balance, and how payouts are made. It forms part of the Terms of Service of ZORORYXA CO LIMITED (the "Company"). Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms. On selling, balances and payouts this Policy prevails over the Terms.
There are two ways to sell. With Instant Sell, the Company itself buys your Item at 85% of its Catalogue Value. On the Market, you sell your Item to another User at your own price and the Company charges an 8% fee. Balances, payouts and identity checks work the same way for both; holding periods are set out in section 5.

1. Instant Sell: nature of the transaction
1.1 When you accept a quote on the Sell page, you offer to sell the specified Item to the Company. In Instant Sell the Company is the buyer and acquires the Item for its own inventory, which it may resell on the Website.
1.2 The sale is completed, and the Company becomes obliged to pay you, only when the Item has actually been received in the Receiver and that receipt has been verified under section 3. Until then the quote is a price reservation that you may cancel at any time and the Item remains yours.
1.3 The price paid to you and the price at which the Company may later resell the Item are independent. The difference is the Company's margin and covers verification, Steam-related risk and operating costs.
2. Quotes and accepted Items
2.1 The quote is 85% of the Item's current Catalogue Value in USD and is shown to you before you accept it.
2.2 A quote is valid for 60 minutes. If the Item does not reach the Receiver within that time, the quote expires automatically and no sale takes place.
2.3 The Company buys Items valued from $1.00 to $5,000.00 (Items of higher value only by individual agreement through [email protected]), that are tradable in Steam at the time of the quote and that appear in the Website's catalogue. The Company may decline to quote any Item.
2.4 A quote applies to one specific Item, identified by its Steam asset. Sending a different item, a different exterior or a different quantity does not complete the sale; such items will be returned to the same Steam Account on request.
3. Delivery to the Receiver and verification
3.1 You deliver the Item by sending a Trade Offer to the Receiver's Trade URL shown with the quote. The Receiver accepts only Trade Offers in which you give the quoted Item and ask for nothing in return. The Receiver never sends items and the Company never asks for your Steam credentials.
3.2 The Company treats the Item as received only when its verification system independently confirms that the Item is in the Receiver's Steam inventory. Notifications from your browser or Steam, or the status of a Trade Offer, are not by themselves proof of delivery.
3.3 Verification normally completes within minutes. The status of each sale (awaiting your trade, received, on hold, available, paid, reversed or expired) is shown on the Sell and Wallet pages.
4. The Market
4.1 You may list an Item from your own Steam inventory on the Market at a price you choose from $1.00 to $20,000.00, with up to 50 active listings. The Website shows the Catalogue Value next to your price for reference. The Item stays in your Steam inventory until it is sold.
4.2 The sale contract is concluded between you and the Market Buyer. The Company is not a party to it. Under the Terms you appoint the Company as your commercial agent to conclude the sale on the terms of your listing, to receive and hold the Market Buyer's payment on your behalf, to verify delivery and to credit your net proceeds.
4.3 Fee. When a listing sells, the Company charges you a fee of 8% of the sale price, shown before you list and in your sales history. The Market Buyer pays exactly the listed price. Your remuneration is the sale price less the fee.
4.4 Delivery. The Market Buyer's payment is debited from their Balance and held by the Company. You must send a Trade Offer with the Item to the Market Buyer's Trade URL within 60 minutes of the sale and mark it as sent; the Market Buyer has 24 hours to accept it. Delivery must be completed within 25 hours of the sale. Until delivery the Item remains your property.
4.5 Verification. Delivery is complete only when the Company's verification system confirms that the Item is in the Market Buyer's Steam inventory. Statements by either party are not proof of delivery. The Market Buyer must keep their inventory public until delivery is confirmed.
4.6 Non-delivery. If the Item is not delivered by the deadline, or you cancel before sending the Trade Offer, the order is closed, the Market Buyer is refunded in full to their Balance, your listing is removed and you are not paid. If the Item nevertheless reaches the Market Buyer after the refund (for example, because a late Trade Offer was accepted), the Company may charge the Market Buyer again for that Item and pay you; unclear cases are reviewed by support before any money is moved. Repeated non-delivery may lead to suspension of selling.
4.7 The Market Buyer must provide their own valid Trade URL and accept only the Trade Offer that matches the order and comes from the Market Seller shown on it.
5. Your Balance and the holding period
5.1 On completion of an Instant Sell or a Market sale, your remuneration is credited to your Balance in USD and recorded as an entry in your Wallet.
5.2 Steam's trade protection allows a completed trade to be reversed for 7 days. For this reason: (a) Instant Sell credits are held for 7 days; and (b) Market sales of $50.00 or more, and your first 3 Market sales, are held for 7 days. Other Market sales by established sellers are credited directly to your available Balance. Held amounts are yours but cannot be withdrawn; they move to your available Balance automatically when the holding period ends. The clearing date of each credit is shown in your Wallet.
5.3 If a trade is reversed during the holding period, the sale is unwound: the credit is cancelled and, in a Market sale, the Market Buyer is refunded. If the credit has already been released and withdrawn, the amount becomes a debt owed to the Company and may be deducted from future credits.
5.4 Your Balance does not earn interest, is not a deposit or electronic money, and may be used only to buy Items on the Market and to request payouts under this Policy.
6. Payouts
6.1 You may request a payout of your available Balance at any time from your Wallet. Payouts are made to a Visa or Mastercard card in your own name.
6.2 The minimum payout is $10.00 and the maximum single payout is $10,000.00; larger balances may be withdrawn in several requests. The payout fee is 2.5% of the amount requested, with a minimum of $1.00. The fee is deducted from the requested amount and shown before you confirm.
6.3 Payouts are made only to a card held by the same person who owns the Steam Account used to sell and, where verification has been carried out, whose name matches the verified identity. The Company does not make payouts to third parties.
6.4 When you submit a request, the amount is reserved so that it cannot be requested twice. The Company reviews and sends each request within 3 business days. You may cancel a request until it is approved, and the amount returns to your available Balance immediately. If a request is declined, the amount is returned to your Balance and the reason is shown in your Wallet where the law allows.
6.5 Balances are kept in USD. If your card is in another currency, the conversion is made at the rate applied by the payment service provider or your card issuer on the day of the transfer. The time for funds to appear on your card depends on your card issuer.
7. Identity verification and anti-money-laundering controls
7.1 The Company is registered in England and Wales and applies anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, fraud and sanctions controls appropriate to its business.
7.2 When the total of your payouts in any 30-day period would exceed $1,000.00, you must verify your identity once (a government-issued identity document and, if requested, a selfie) before further payouts are made. Verification usually takes about one business day.
7.3 The Company may also ask for verification or further information, delay or decline a payout, or suspend selling or buying where it reasonably suspects fraud, the use of stolen Items, accounts or cards, sanctions exposure, money laundering or another breach of the Terms. The Company may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where required by law.
7.4 Verification documents are processed securely, are available only to authorised staff and are kept only as long as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Refusals, returns and enquiries
8.1 If an Item reaches the Receiver without a matching quote, no sale takes place. Contact [email protected] with your Steam ID and the Item and we will return it to the same Steam Account.
8.2 If you believe that a verified sale was not credited, a hold was not released or a payout was not received, contact [email protected] with the reference shown in your Wallet. We will investigate against the Steam trade history and our records and reply within 5 business days.
8.3 Disputes concerning Market sales may be raised by either party within 14 days of the sale (or, for a claim that an Item is not as described, within 72 hours of delivery) and are handled under the Refund & Dispute Policy. The Company's verification records of the Market Buyer's inventory are the primary evidence of delivery.
9. Changes
9.1 We may change the quote rate, fees, limits and this Policy. Changes apply to quotes, listings and payout requests created after the change is published. Open quotes, active listings, orders in progress, held credits and pending payout requests are handled under the rules in force when they were created.
